How to use these templates
Complete the risk assessment first, then work through Part A and Part B. Once done, record your approval in SimpleAML.
Download all three Word documents. They open in Microsoft Word, Google Docs or any compatible editor.
Start with the ML/TF/PF Risk Assessment — your program must be built on this. Replace all [bracketed fields] with your agency's details.
Fill in Part A (governance) and Part B (CDD procedures). Both must be approved by your Principal or LIC before 1 July 2026.
Upload your completed documents to the Policy & Approval section of SimpleAML. Your program is now documented and audit-ready.
